Pac can do whatever he wants though, if his fans support this fight that's all that matters DIRK lol.
Pacquaio will have been out of the ring almost a year

I am a boxing fan, I prefer to see fighters fight than not fight.

    Weird I know.

Not weird at all, just throw'em in the ring with anybody, aslong as they are not sitting on the sideline.

      I agree with u!

        Ok then....
Manny can and should earn as much as he can. But for his fans that judge every other fighter relative to the level of their opposition, its only fair they do the same thing with manny here.

No I agree with you, as a boxer you should aim to sit out for over a year and not earn any money. That's an excellent career plan. You should become an advisor!

Both Rios and Alvarado are borderline bums IMO. I'm not even interested in either fight. It's just funny watching people try to claim Alvarado is some kind of master boxer who would have given Pacquiao trouble

Alvarado got stopped by Rios in the first fight and was getting outboxed by Breidis Prescott before the last round of their fight.

Im not sure what you are talking about? Are you mentally slow. You are jumping all over the place.. If you wanna take up for Pacquiao then do it, you don't have to be sarcastic to stand up for Pac.

Thanks for the advise as well, I think I would be a great Adviser.

Just stand up and yell, TEAM PAC! lol

Like I said earllier for me its not that Mike would beat him but he wouldn't stand still and let manny punch him out. He'd make manny work to get the win, make him move.

Also, with Mike coming off a big win, manny beating him would seem even more impressive-but I understand strictly-ug's point that this fight isn't about competition its about long term business.

I'm not a Pacquaio fan but it shows how simplistic your mind is to try to claim that just because I used logic and common sense instead of spastication like you.

I already said the fight doesn't interest me. I don't begrudge Pacquaio wanting to fight. He is afterall, a fighter. The logic isn't that hard to understand.

bottom line is Manny fans are trying to have it both ways-you say Manny needs to look good and bob wants to maximize the potential of the china market. Cool, I get that and those are logical business reasons that make complete sense.

But to then argue that rios can test manny or make a close fight or "war" is bull****. Rios isn't a live dog and he wasn't given this fight because he can provide a stern test.
He's all of those things, wtf?

Glen Johnson was probably less live vs RJJ and look how that played out. This is a very high risk for Pac given the unknowns
