How overrated is broner?

There's a long list of fighters out there who get "credit for nothing" more so than Mayweather.

And yes Broner is overrated most definitely and when he faces and elite level fighter he's in big trouble.

Broner over-rates himself. His 'diehard' fans over-rate, his haters under-rate and the media over-rate.

Needs to go down to a division he skipped over for no good reason, where he has legacy level fights in Matthysse and Garcia

i think hes over rated a bit, but i also think he has a high ceiling. he hasnt done much but then again for a 23 yo hes doing pretty well. his next fight, he looks spectacular against a guy like maidana or something and ppl will once again be talking like hes the next big thing. funny thing is he clearly won a fight that required him jumping over a whole weight class. he'll be fine, i think there are plenty of ppl out there he can beat but i also think there are a few that id probably pick over him. in the end, he's no more overrated than a guy like canelo. as long as hes focused, he will be a top fighter for some time.

well if the public demands maidana type opponenets for him when we, (me and u and anyone with sense) knows he'll probably dominate them, then thats not his fault. thats the publics fault for underrating him.

Broner is hated more than overrated. If you can't box, you won't beat Broner imo. Matthysse and Maidana are sitting ducks for Broner who would just roll with their power and take them apart slowly.
