Chakhkiev time will come,he was born to rule.

I love Wlad and especially after tonight people will call me crazy but I have honestly always felt his style would give Wladimir so many problems. Obviously he has to work on his flaws and that but with his upper body movement, explosiveness, power etc I couldn't count him out and think with some minor adjustments he has what it takes to pull it off. The only other fighter of the modern era I sees style giving Wladimir huge problems is a prime Holyfield/prime Mike.

You're not beating Wladimir on the outside.

Really showed his inexperience tonight. He doesnt know how to clinch correctly, he just bear hugs as hard as he can. Not only does that use up energy but his clinching technique simply allowed Wlod to pull his arm out and whack him with a hard left.

      Kinda got exposed IMO

Thats something he was never taught, he didn't have a pro trainer when he was learning because thats a must easrly lesson to learn! (I could go on on on............he's game but was in with a crafty guy who waited to be able to put a right hand on him and follow with the left hook!
        (he's open for left hooks)

DanC your right in the fact he wasn't satisfied winning on points he kept pressing to the point where he got drained and the veteran saw it was time to open up! Fight over!
I would NOT go back to that guy right away!! Three fights and go back in 16 months. He's a raw kid, if he's older than 27 I'd tell him to find another job!!!

Could you watch the first few rounds please? Its like a totally different fighter. I guess it nags me because I know hes capable of huge things and I'll have to put it down to inexperience, maybe even a step to soon & I don't want to take anything away from Wlodarcyzk he did what he had to and his experience showed.

Hes just turned 30, olympic gold medalist. I think you're right about avoiding an immediate rematch, he needs to go back to the drawing board and learn from this though I still think right now he still destroys anybody else but Wlodarcyzk. Fight some stiff tests. I guess its what happens when a guys blasting everyone out and takes a big step up like that. Not saying he underestimated him but his inexperience showed.

It will be a new chapter, everybody in the cruiserweight division will feel the wrath of Rakhim. The best offensive fighter since Iron Mike Tyson.

He will improve his stamina, he will bring his left hand back properly and will have no mercy. He will single-handedly wipe out the entire division!

Congratulations Krzysztof Włodarczyk and thank you, your experience prevailed but has awoken something that can not be stopped.

Mark my words, this Russian powerhouse will be back and will tear the soul out of anything that dares cross its path. Huck? Hernandez? Lebedev? All doomed.
Those that have witnessed The Machine even if just tonight will stay strong knowing he is the real deal & will want to avenge that defeat. It'll be as great as the first encounter only Rakhim be victorious.

i like him too dan. but if eddie chambers goes back down he will rule
fo sure. no one beats eddie at cruiser. Nobody!

I agree, he looked great in the first few rounds but he obviously cant maintain that throughout the whole fight. I fell like he's a guy who can come back from something likek this tho

I like Eddie and feel the cruiserweight division is where he belongs. Would love to see him get his ass in shape and head back down there and make some noise as its a great division and that would definitely help bring some much deserved attention to it in the U.S

Genuinely saddens me how great the cruiserweight division is yet receives such little attention. Chambers drops down, that is one seriously deep division for sure.
Chambers, Huck, Lebedev, Chakhkiev, Włodarczyk, Hernandez, Green, Masternak, Alekseev, Arslan, Jones, Afolabi, Kucher etc etc
Ridiculously stacked. You pick any of those two guys and its a great fight.

It was a good scrap. He lacks stamina right now in the 3 fights that I have seen him in.He was doing well but was sucking wind and was exhausted after 5 rounds.Take nothing away from Wojak,he is a good fighter, but Rahkim punched himself out in first HUGE test. He will get more and hopefully learn from this lesson. He looked like Vlad while being trained by Freddie Roach and Fritz.
