Angulo's eye looked really bad. The fight probably would have been stopped at the end of the round anyway.

More like Canelo ain't ready for Angulo or Lara! & Lara will also beat Cotto & Trout... The ONLY reason Canelo is fighting Mayweather is cause that's the more marketable fight out there, not because Canelo has a chance against Floyd.. Floyd is gonna give Canelo a boxing lesson.. Canelo is gonna feel like he's fighting the invisible man cause he's NOT gonna find or see Floyd all night, but he's gonna feel the punches coming from every angle!

too bad angulo does not have anything on his left hook which landed at will all night, so now people here thinks that beating angulo (going to canvas twice in the process) is a bigger accomplishment than beating trout...
lara proved some balls here, but he also proved to have a vulnerable chin and has no answer to left hooks, looks like he is tailor made for somebody that has decent head movement and a vicious left hook... by the way even kirkland finished angulo easier than lara... and dont expect a rematch cuz lara wants none of the punching bag again...

It's funny to see people who **** on Lara for potshoting and coasting to easy W UD's which he could have easily done here, Also **** on him for trying to be more fan friendly against the biggest brawler in his division and pull off a TKO after getting KD twice fighting in there the best Angulo anyone has ever seen if you compare todays Angulo to the gassed out one Kirkland faced, its a whole new animal. All i can think of when i see people like that who hate no matter what is.

Just finishing watching the fights from last night.

Unexpected great fight between these two, expected a Lara shut out.

Lara showed great heart but personally last night confirmed how overrated he is currently.

Stop with the Lara BS !! Angulo was beating him up and had him hurt, and knocked him down twice but Lara, like the coward he is, began hugging instead of fighting. Angulo had a broken orbital bone, that changed the fight. Lara would have also stopped fighting had he had a broken orbital bone. Laraīs chin is not like Chavezīs.

Many humans break many orbital bones in boxing. Angulo had bad luck he was cheered because he was attacking the whole time and hurting Lara , knocked him down twicw. Lara was hugging and running like a coward. If Lara would have been the one with a broken orbital bone, he would not be able to continue. Watch Mirco Crocop vs Bob Sapp and see what happens to Bob the behemoth when he suffers a broken orbital bone.
