    Cherry pick? LOL
Who do you think Rigo should fight next, names please?

Who do you see as a better match-up, pray tell? Mares? A Golden Boy fighter we have little chance of seeing against Rigo? Everyone else seems like a cherry-pick after "El Chacal" roundly dominated the former top dog at 122.

I don't mind him facing Vic for a stay busy fight, after all he needs to make some money and he is 32, fighters are not lining up to fight him so he can keep himself busy make some money and wait for the next available good fighter that wants to tang;e with him...

No one...Rigo doesn't get anything easy so I don't see how fighting Vic after fighting Donaire with just 12 fights is cherry picking!!!
Well, he is about 1000 years old now in terms of boxing and flyweights. He's also in a division he's clearly too small for and never been comfortable in. One good point is that he's very good at fighting southpaws though so he might put up a good fight for a little while, but he's just too slow now, he doesn't have the reflexes anymore and his stamina has gone from great to ****e and while his chin still holds up really well, considering the opposition he's faced he's getting hurt more and more these days. He'll be about 37 years old. That is ancient for a flyweight, especially one that has arguably fought the toughest competition in the sport with Mares and Froch.

Darchinyan is the ****. Takes on ****ing everyone and anyone. Along with Froch and Mares, he's the man leading the charge on what it is to be a true champion and warrior.

          Rigondeaux
          Donaire
          Mares
          Moreno
Yamanaka (the undefeated BW champion KOing everyone)
          De Valle
          Yohnny Perez
          Agbeko
          Arce
          Mijares
          Kirilov
          Pacheco
          Rojas
          etc

          That's crazy.

I don't care who he fights next. I just find the hypocrisy of his fans laughable.

What hypocrisy? There's no one particularly worthy of fighting, except for Mares. And we all know that ain't likely to happen. It's only hypocrisy if Rigo was avoiding someone, which he isn't.

Good post I wish I could green K you. That is indeed one crazy resume and too think people have been writing him off for years saying he is too small and old. Apart from Donaire not one of those guys have had an easy time with Vic.

No hypocrisy, Donaire already beat him handily so there is nothing to prove by him fighting Vic again.

There probably isn't a guy left around the weight but Mares who deserves it as much as Vic. Who apart from Mares who would rather see fight Rigo? With Vic I know I'm guaranteed excitement. A guy who isn't going to try outsmart Rigo, hes going to go out there and do what he always does and that is throw bombs non-stop!
With Darchinyan I can rely on a guy who will give it his all and go out on his shield more than I can say for most of the guys at 122 who 'aren't ready' & such not like they ever will be.

It sucks. There's no one for Rigo to test himself against. That Mares fight is a pipedream.
