How is is the floyd canelo fight the same as the oscar vs bernard fight?

Your answer was bernard oscar fight was the same exact thing as canelo floyd fight. its not. floyd has had two fights at 154. oscar only had one prior to bernard.

even if i didnt add 2x champion, YOUR ANSWER IS STILL INCORRECT.

I answered your incorrect answer wayyyyyy before i made my addition of 2x champion WHICH IS BASICALLY A GIVEN IF YOU READ THE THREAD TITLE.
Your original thread title: "Has this ever happened before?"

Your original question: "Has a current title holder ever challenged another title holder in the same class to a catch weight title bout"

Both Floyd - Canelo & ODH - Hopkins meet those criteria making them both feasible answers.

After I posted you changed the criteria to 2x and attempted to proclaim that my answer was incorrect which is false since it met the criteria you gave me.

Now your trying to claim the original post always contained the revised criteria (which is false) in an effort to salvage the argument you were attempting to make by creating this thread.

The thread title is a given...

Thread title: Has this ever Happened Before?

Original post a champ asking another champ in the same division to fight below the division they are in, with NO MENTION THAT FLOYD IS A 2X CHAMPION.

After the third post, you were owned big time.

Then you poorly attempted to twist it, edited the original post to add 2x champion.

The saddest part is not the fact that you got owned it's the fact that you desperatly try to save your face, but it only gets worse every time you try. You should just laugh about it, you made a mistake its not the end of the world, there have been way more humiliating sh** on this site, one guy thought that 11 years was a decade.

            This was the original post:

A division champ asking another champ in the same division to fight below their division that they are champion in?

How can floyd, a 2x world champion at 154lbs ask a fellow 154lb champion to fight at 152lbs?

The only change i made was i added: (2x)

            -which was changed at 6:30pm

I answered your original post which was:

You made that post at 6:11pm

My answer to that post which was posted at 6:21pm:

so no its not the same exact thing.
9 minutes before i edited my original post at 6:30pm.

Your first post was incorrect to begin with anyway. Since you said:

Oscar only fought once at middleweight before facing hopkins at the catch weight.

Not the same as floyd who fought twice at 154lbs and winning titles before making the Canelo fight at the catch weight.

The thread title is Has this happened before?

You original answer is incorrect. Oscar and bernard fight is not the same as the canelo floyd fight WHETHER OR NOT I EDITED MY POST.

            Do you understand?

Floyd vs Canelo DOES NOT equal Oscar bernard since floyd fought twice at the weight before asking for a catchweight vs Canelo unlike oscar who only FOUGHT ONCE before asking for a catch weight.

This poster who posted this at 6:23 pm (before i edited my post) has a functioning brain:

especially after bragging about how it was ok for Cotto to be at 154 because he wanted his opponent at a weight where they were 'comfortable' at
            Understood it.

You on the other hand cant seem to register it in your brain.

              a mistake wasnt made.

oscar vs bernard does not equal floyd vs canelo.

It is not the same thing which his answer claims.

whether i edited my post or not, his answer is incorrect.

So I answered your question correctly.

You asked has a division champ asked another division champ to fight at a catch weight. I gave you another example of it happening in ODH vs Hopkins.

So to answer the question "Has a current title holder ever challenged another title holder in the same class to a catch weight title bout" is yes.

Changing the criteria after the fact doesn't make my first post invalid it simply makes you look childish. I answered your question absolutely correct and now your claiming otherwise.

I don't know who's right on the timing, but the TS point still stands if you have to stoop so low to cite DLH's fraudulent MW run. It's an ugly precedent, you'd hope Floyd's run would have more legitimacy. It sounds a lot better on paper: 2x champ, #1 contender right now, needed no robberies over weakest links, will be favored in the CW unification

See the other day you were calling Manny fans more of a hypocrite if they turn around and criticize Floyd and his fans. Today you are even OK with it being "just 2lbs" since Floyd did it but I saw a thread from a while back where you were all over Manny for doing a CW of 2lbs!!!

That is some crazy stuff. Floyd fans can turn on a dime .....
