As if the ref would of waved it off had that been Chisora.
No wonder no fu.cker wants to come over to the U.K because they don't just have to fight their opponent but the referee and judges all on Frog eyes payroll.
You can not afford to get a cut, swelling or hurt as you will get stopped and you will literally have to kill a British fighter to get a win.
The only people who will disagree are Chisora fans or/& bias Brits. They're always fine about it when their fighter gets the benefit.
No doubt British judging is probably one of the worse for bad stoppages and below par scorecards. We all know Boxing has shady judging. However, Malik put himself into a ridiculous position there and was asking to be counted out. He shouldn't have even gave the referee a chance and got up at 8. It all seemed a bit bizarre to be honest.
Amir Khan? Who had to be knocked into next week before the Prescott fight was stopped?
Amir Khan who was deducted an unprecedented two points for pushing then jobbed by a man in a hat and a steroid cheat.
Ricky Hatton? Who mauled Kostya almost to death without anything being done? Who got a minute to tie his ****ing shoelaces against Laszcano when he was hurt?
Ricky Hatton who took forearms to the face all night and wasn't allowed to work v FMJ.
I notice you left Kessler out when he was headbutted blind by Andre Ward.
Cortez, Laurence Cole etc are bad but British referees take that shiet to a whole nother level, and we all know it.
Cortez has a long list of b/s to his name beyond the Ortiz and Hatton fights. Don't pretend US refs are any better because they aren't.

When does a British fighter ever get the benefit in the States? this is boxing bro, imperfect as it is, that's why home advantage is important. US fighters get preferential treatment as much if not more than others, ask your man Lucas Matthysse who should be undefeated. The Cunningham ref wouldn't let Fury work the inside at all in their fight. It is what it is.
Beyond all that I think you're upset you called the fight wrong. Quite aside from the knockdown and stoppage Chisora was winning the fight which is a world away from what you said would happen.
R.1 - Chisora (close)
R.2 - Scott (close
R.3 - Even
R.4 - Chisora (close)
R.5 - Scott
R.6 - Chisora (10-8)
I think you're upset with the poor fight & making more of the ending then there is.
The Ref COULD have let it go on & Malik SHOULD have got up a second earlier but when the Ref sees a fighter still on his knee AFTER 9 seconds he has a decision to make. Scott started to get up but he'd committed himself to the fight being over.
Both made errors but whining on about British refs because a boxer mis judges a count is a but of an exaggeration.
It was a poor fight with a poor ending & Scott showed he had the skills but not the heart & Chisora showed he's strong but limited.
Malik made no errors. The ref didnt know the rule of how he;s suppose to count to 10 and then wave. He's a moron as is anybody supporting this

Technically Scott made no errors but come on man you cant say he wasnt dumb as hell.
In American football if you are running through to score a touchdown do you slightly dangle the ball over the line or do you run the hell into the end zone? Common sense that you leave no doubt. Scott should have left no doubt that he wanted to go on.
Not saying the referee wasnt clearly in the wrong though.
Yes and I am against this 'home advantage.' I was talking from the aspect of 'what should be' rather than 'what is.'
The primary blame shouldn't go to the victim. The PRIMARY blame goes to the ref for being a hometown ref. Then we can blame Malik for being a dumbass. That is what I think about this fight.
