  • The hand speed difference between the two is incredible. The Cork boy as tough as old boots though. As the son of someone from that town I'm taking partial credit.

unsatisfactory fight. it seemed like the tide was turning in chisora's favour, but nothing was definitively resolved.
I think he just wanted a rematch and didn't want to rock the boat. If he had a feeling that he wouldn't get a chance at a rematch, he probably would have been more vocal.

Malik made a cardinal sin in boxing. you don't give the ref a chance to count you out. he didn't look like he wanted to get up.
What kind of logic is this? Like the referee is this entity who is just waiting all fight, dying to count someone out at the first hint of trouble - and a fighter must be cognisant of that.

        Erm, no.

Oh, and Malik didn't look like he wanted to get up? Lol. No, you're basing that off on his passive acceptance of what happened in the interview. He very much looked liked he wanted to get up, and he did - and in time.

        • 'Garcia's Dad' is right. You think if it was the other way around the ref would count out Derrick? No ****ing way. And that shows you what's up.

No, but as a fighter, you need to eliminate all factors that can take a victory away from you, including not giving the ref or the judges any reason to doubt you. especially when you're fighting away from home. he didn't do that. ¨

How can you look like you want to fight on when you are on a knee at the count of 9?

              • As if the ref would of waved it off had that been Chisora.

No wonder no fu.cker wants to come over to the U.K because they don't just have to fight their opponent but the referee and judges all on Frog eyes payroll.

You can not afford to get a cut, swelling or hurt as you will get stopped and you will literally have to kill a British fighter to get a win.

The only people who will disagree are Chisora fans or/& bias Brits. They're always fine about it when their fighter gets the benefit.

Doesn't matter. you don't stand up on 9,5. Whether it would be the same the other way around is irrelevant. you guys are acting like home advantage is not seen all over the world.

And it is especially seen in America, the mother of robberies and shytty refs.
