But because your hero does it it's ok right?
Although i dont agree with this fight b/c it gives everyone a chance to give Canelo an excuse for the loss he is going to take it is what it is. But the pacquiao Margarito fight was for a vacant belt at 154 at least both of these guys hold belts at the weight class.

    • I told you fools it would happen. I'm not reading 322 posts but I'm sure a lot of crow eating and backtracking is going on.

I was the orginator When you were saying Alexander will be next.

I said from day one, as soon as May 4th and September 14th were released as the dates, that it would be Guererro in May and Canelo in September.

It just seemed so obvious to me.

Where's PAC-BOY? He owes me 10 Billion points

No. Just a lot of jokes about the catchweight.

That's what I'm hoping for, have Canelo come in at 154 in weigh in, and say I'm not dropping any more weight, F U. Take the fight or leave it. Just like Floyd did with Marquez.

                  • All the fanboys whining about a 36 years old man asking a 22 year old man to fight at 2lbs smaller than usual. GTFO. I don't even like Floyd, but this is ridiculous. Canelo is a middleweight, he'll outweigh Floyd by 20lbs. This clearly isn't even a "fair fight" anyway. Alvarez has done nothing in the sport so far, he need to meet Mayweather's demands. And he has done, so must think the 2lbs is no problem. This is a ****** fight anyway, it would be a travesty for the P4P no.1 to lose his "0" to a natural middleweight. I want to see him get his ass kicked by a man his own size.
And yes, i know he's fought at JMW a few times. But he's a welterweight. Just because RJJ fought at HW once, it doesn't mean he should take on all comers from that division. I suppose the losers posting in this thread would be whinging if he had agreed to face someone like Wlad at a marginally lighter weight limit?

                    • Leonard Ellerbe on Cotto vs Pacquiao:

"He was a dead man walking when he went into the ring," Ellerbe said. "The casual fan doesn't know what difference one or two pounds can make when a fighter is already down to weight. Fighters know."

Floyd wasn't lying when he called himself a rich COWARD.
