Kessler is not mediocre, he's either Ward's best or 2nd best win (best being Froch). That Froch can't beat Ward doesn't prevent him from being top 10, there's 9 more spots in the top 10 besides Ward

People here going on about whether he has done enough? Newsflash, P4P is not about resume, it is about who would win in fantasy matches. Wards complete dominance of him shows he is not on the same skill level as the top guys. In fantasy match ups he would lose to guys like Mayweather, Ward, Marquez, Rigo, Wlad, Mares, Pacquiao, Broner, Alvarez, Hopkins, Matthysse and others. As soon as he meets someone who has a bit of intellect and the skills to implement a decent game plan then he loses every time. He is a warrior yes but P4P material, no. Let's be honest with ourselves, who has he really beat? A Kessler on the verge of retirement after already losing to him before, a Bute *who is/was a guy who made a living off of fighting bums and has beens, Glen 'the oldest man alive' Johnson, Arthur Abraham *see Bute, Andre Direll a guy who people think may have won the fight and has since done nothing in his career, Jermain 'I get knocked out by everybody' Taylor (who he was getting his ass kicked by), Jean 'B-' Pascal and to top it off a resounding loss to S.O.G. I'm sorry as loved as Carl is, he really is not good enough to mix it with the P4P guys.

froch beat dirrell by 4 rounds, the punch stas show that, the press row show that, manny stwart, dan rafael and pretty much every top boxing pundit knew froch won so move on from dirrell.

Froch getting his ass kicked by taylor??it was a split decision going into the 12th, froch was drawing on my cards and on the showtime pundits cards with drawing as well. With a 10-7 i have froch beating taylor on points. So thats an urban myth

Resounding loss to ward??he lost by 4 points on my cards, and 2 points on the American scorers cards in America, and he won the last 2 or 3 rounds. Hardly a schooling???

BTW do you have timothy bradley above froch despite not being as good as alot of people in his category and losing to both that russian and manny pacquio.

Well I personally think Dirrell beat Froch, he was the ring general, he was displaying defense, he was landing sharp counters while Froch should have had 10 points deducted for rabbit punching but it doesn't even matter, even if you give him the W it doesn't prove much, who is Dirrell? What has he done in his career? Nothing.
Taylor was beating Froch until he got stopped, that is fact not myth and again it doesn't matter, Taylor is a bum and beating him does not do anything for your resume.
And yes resounding loss, how you scored it doesn't really matter when you are clearly a bias Froch fan (nothing wrong with it but don't bring your scores into it like they are fact when you have clear bias) and how the judges scored it really doesn't matter either, they get it wrong sometimes ya know? Anyone will tell you Froch got schooled and always will when when he gets in the ring with S.O.G.
To the questions about Bradley and Russell Jr. I don't rate Bradley at all and I think it is a crime he is on the P4P list but that doesn't mean I can't name 10 fighters better than Froch P4P and Russell Jr is not on the P4P list so I don't see it as a valid point/I haven't actually watched much of him or followed his career so the honest answer is I don't know.

Broner doesn't deserve to be mentioned with the other guys here. He has two questionable decisions over fighters inferior to Froch.

I've said my piece below the article in question, perhaps if enough noise gets made Dougie and Michael might put out another edition of their 'unofficial' lists, which I'd regard as the lineal champ of lists.

Ring general, but froch commanding centre of the ring???By froch hunting him down??He hardly hit froch hence why boxrec had froch outlanding dirrell. Froch having points decducted??Dirrell was illegally ducking with the back of the head being exposed. Both tarver and bigrague explained that if you constantly expose the back of your head illegally, froch is going to hit it. Dirrell should have been disqualified for constant holding, and dirrell even admitted he lost the 12th round. With his best round having a point deduction, its very hard to argue that dirrell won a round. BTW thats why i quote the American pundits scoring it to froch, to avoid any biastry with me.

Do i care about some obese kid called craigus or what allan green has to say?think about it.

You said he was getting his ass handed to him?you are picking and choosing to suit your arguement. Facts are dirrell was losing going into the 12th(and admitted he lost the 12th) but you choose to ignore that fact??? I never said froch wasnt losing, i said froch wasnt getting chooled by taylor, and hence why i showed that the press row, showtime and the judges all had it very close going into the 12th round. Throw in the fact that the 12th round was a 10-7 round and you are def wrong he was getting schooled.
