Similar scenario happened with Manny vs Floyd .... Floyd fans said lets wait to hear from Floyd if he really wants ALL PPV MONEY .... he did!

This weight issue was mentioned by someone on both sides and both said the same thing. So it's normal to think that this is the truth ..... and actually, may still be the truth BUT Schaefer is downplaying it and trying to get Floyd's side to see that it's not a good move, as scene by the reaction in these forums.

Actually no, the same thing didn't happen to Manny, no not at all. The reactions on this site are in keeping with utter lunacy. I mean some of the stuff that gets written is really breathtaking in its smallness and incivility. My point is, that any charge, not specific charges as in Manny's case, but any charge leveled against Mayweather finds resonance in his haters, seriously.....

Not defending his record but if Floyd has held the 154lb twice now why not fight at 154 again for big money and fight a lot of fans want to see...right now I don't see a good 147 fight...so yea if you've been champ at that weight before or currently a champ at that weight then yea why not do the fight that makes sense.

I would say its a catchweight if floyd had never fought at 154 but considering he has a Belt at 154 and has fought twice in that weight how would that make saul call the shots??? Also if saul fights coto and it does over 1 million buys i guess he will have more leverage for a future fight
