Peterson has average power as his record indicates. He stoppages come from wearing down a guy. Some see him as a boxer but he really is a plodder who doesn't use foot movement. Looking at him physically he looks like a slick Boxer but he is not. He used to be more that way a few years back. Mathysee has explosive power. Peterson gets dropped here and there and Mathysee does not. But Both have a serious will to win. This one is a hard call because of their will to win. So it comes down to style and who either outlasts the other or uses foot movement in a defensive/offensive manner. Maybe slight edge to Mathysee for being a little quicker and more dynamic.

He def hurt Khan a few times in that fight. Shoot, Khan survived Maidanas 10th round onslaught. Khan has a better chin than ppl give him credit for. His chin is similar to Juanmas. He take take a ton of huge shots before he eventually folds. Peterson throws real hard shots I think he can hurt Lucas.

Khan was never hurt against Peterson, he was even pointing at his chin and having Peterson hit it.

Khan was ready to go against Maidana but Joe Cortez bullied Maidana and kept him off Khan in the key moments.

Two great fights though!

True, but he started willing his way through hard shots after the Prescott ownage. He would still eat shots and be hurt but be would still be in the fight taunting and throwing back, he just would use the worst strategy in trying to fight fire with fire and would continue to get rocked. Im not trying to say he is ironed chin cause **** we know he is not lol, just saying he can take a good punch even if it does rock him real good, his strategy afterwards is what really ****s him up.

True but he just uses his poker face when he was stunned, he pointed at his chin after Garcia dropped him, its his machismo he has alot of heart but **** he took flush shots, he def felt them.
