Morales hasn't had a KO in a while against bigger guys. Manny has been KAYO'd at bantam weight. I wouldn't say it was by any means unlikely.

LOL, that's not what you said. You said they knew about it long before training camp(which is utterly FALSE). As far as I can remember, one and a half to two weeks before the fight when they knew about it. But I'm not here to argue. Who gives a **** anyway? After this coming Saturday, this gloves issue is all forgotten.

Go back and read my post. I said he had all training camp to know because it was written on almost every website so they had to know something. I'm sure they read websites before, after and during training camp but whatever come Saturday everything will be put to rest. Let's just hope there is no excuses from either side afterwards.

If Manny wins on saturday, wearing Reyes...

Is he the superior fighter ? Why would a Reyes victory carry anymore weight than a "Winning"-glove victory ?

The rubber match....should be fought with Everlasts, to really settle things.


But.....we would then need to see who'd win with Grant, TufWear, Ringside gloves, etc....correct ?

I think if he wins by knockout maybe the gloves issue would hold some weight but if he wins a decision or loses it proves that he couldn't knockout Morales with any kind of glove at anytime.

ohhh Manny will win this saturday no doubts. He's got got a clearer mind, more experience, and is more than ready for his payback. He'll definately is making way for the filipino and mexican boxer rival.

Good call. The better fighter, that night, will win the fight, regardless of gloves. It shocks me that so many of you guys are predicting a knockout either way. This should be a very close 12 round fight. I'll be surprised if we see a knockdown, much less a knockout. I can't wait to see it though. Hopefully, Pacman will pull it out, but it won't be easy.
