Manny destroyed Cotto. and during those years, he was fighting at 130 in 06 to 08. Then he moved up to 135, 140 and 147.

Whether Williams fought just one or not, he was fighting and not making excuses to avoid any of them. When none wanted Paul, he went up and fought bigger guys, not retire. No matter how you try to slice it, Floyd avoided a very tough era in the welterweight division. The place was lighting hot with very good matchups.
