If GBP offers something to TR like they did for Nonito, I'm positive they will take it. TR was very clear that it is hard for them to market Rigo. If GBP is willing to take the risk, Arum can take half they were giving for Donaire and can let this fight happen.

Mares is the man and I love his willingness to fight anyone. With that I think Rigo wins but would be rooting for Mares
The same can be said for Rigo. I really like Abner's attitude. The world would be a much better place if all boxers had that attitude.

Rigo isn't a cash cow and doesn't have a network contract and I think a Mares fight makes the most money for him and Top Rank. I think Arum would be more than willing to let Rigo take one fight on a GBP card against Mares.
      EXACTOMUNDO!!!

If contracts get signed, I'm willing bet all my points on RIGOD!

Rigo has no leverage though and can't call the shots so Mares has to be the one to really push forward with it and force Schaefer and Oscar to get Rigo's team a contract.

Not only is Rigo favored but after looking very solid at 126 (physique) not sure how I'd like him moving down again. It's all hes got though so might as well give it a shot. He's got everything to gain and if he loses he has 126 to fall back on.

Not a fight that gets me interested much at all...
The featherweight division looks alot more interesting than 122...
Plus I think Carl Frampton would stand a better chance against Rigondeaux than Mares does, bring Rigondeaux over to Britain because he wont draw that much of a crowd.

i still wanna see donaire mares but i honestly think donaire thought rigo was the easier fight. either way mares donaire or mares rigo would be very entertaining. i wouldnt mind seeing santa cruz in the mix either people are assuming he cant hang himself with those 3

                Lol

Rigo would beat Mares easier than he beat Donaire .. I don't see rigorous being beat anytime soon .. He got all the goods

Sounds like a challenge, lets bet it up then. 1 trillion Mares beats Rigo, you down?
I'll be down when it gets made if it does. I'm not putting points on hold when theres a ton of fights coming up that I wanna bet on.

I still wanna see Mares and Nonito too. Mares would KO Donaire.

I don't see anybody touching Rigo enough to beat him.

This is awesome. Mares will beat Rigo no doubt about it. If B class fighter can wobble Rigo, Mares KOs this guy, im sure of it. When Mares sees Rigo do the chicken dance he will finish him off.
