I don't like this fight for Floyd. Canelo is too big and Floyd is a small welter, let alone a junior middleweight and Canelo is a decent boxer and could pose problems for him.

I doubt if Mayweather fights at 154 again. I don't even think he'll fight Amir Khan (bad style matchup but Floyd will say some crazy shi about Khan not being ready). His next fight is gonna be Devon Alexander.

Canelo is a very risky fight for Floyd, and the latter is risk avert. So we won't see this fight either, even though Canelo and Manny will be the most lucrative bouts.

He won't fight Alexander he's going to fight a Mexican fighter as he's fighting on another Mexican holiday.

I think he's waiting to see what the PPV numbers look like. If they did well over a million he's not fighting Canelo, if they're below expectations he's probably going to decide on Canelo.

Anyways the way I see it now, it should be GBP who should not want this fight. Canelo would not win.

lol, its gonna be funny on here seeing the reactions when the canelo fight is announced. and itll be even funnier when floyd shuts canelo out. i expect a lot of "he ran all night its not fair" or "canelo was too young floyd picked him at the right time".

Unless its him, I'm not buying another Floyd ppv. I wanna see something competive. Floyd vs the ww and jr ww won't cut it for. He's too good. Sad but I wanna see him fight a guy with a big advantage over him in something. Canelo will have weight in his favor and power.
