"No longer an issue" is not the same as saying "yes I agree to testing". you know it and so do I. On ESPN why didn't manny say yes? Because if he did he'd be lying and would get called on it.

as for the marriage analogy it was made because when you answer a yes/no question with anything other than yes its usually interpreted as no. yet in this context manny fans treat it as yes.

Anyone who thinks Bleechreport is the only source needs to do something seriously radical like buy a computer. There are many articles, including this site and many others. Thats why the random testing issue was dropped and Floyd fans knew that and even signed on, even if they had other issues with Pac, everyone knew that early 2012 and late 2012, Pac agreed to all tests.
