Quit skating the fact that you said he didn't agree and the fact is, not only did Pac agree just before the JMM fight to take ALL tests for the Floyd fight, he agreed BACK IN FEBRUARY of 2012!! So whats this about Pac not agreeing to full OST???? Give it up, some of us know Pac agreed so your little act of saying Pac didn't agree is too transparant and flies in the fact of fact! The article quotes manny as answering "no problem" when asked about testing. and "whatever he wants to do". You equate that to signing a contract agreeing to testing?.

he didn't test forthe JMM fight and in the article you posted in this thread manny is quoted as saying "no problem" and "whatever he says". You are going by the title of the article- designed to get people to read it- and I am quoting what the fighter said in the article.

The article never quotes him as saying the word "yes" in regards to accepting testing. Why? Because he didn't.
