The article quotes manny as answering "no problem" when asked about testing. and "whatever he wants to do". You equate that to signing a contract agreeing to testing?.

Addendum Agreements are signed with the FIGHT AGREEMENT! Pac agreed to all testing, that is WHY FLOYD CALLED HIM!!! Floyd KNEW Pac agreed and they went into discussions regarding money split! Enough of your BUTTHURT PATHETIC denials!

"No longer an issue" is not the same as saying "yes I agree to testing". you know it and so do I. On ESPN why didn't manny say yes? Because if he did he'd be lying and would get called on it.
