Why should Money fight Canelo? Is he his mandatory or something. Instead of trying to fight "lil Money"...he should fight someone his own size or bigger.

The 118-109 card was a joke, but there was no robbery here. Trout should've been more effective with his punches and not flicker the jab 150 times in a round w/out landing anything of significance.

I keep reading where some people are saying, why should Floyd fight Canelo? I ask why not?

1) Does Floyd for money and not belts (his own words)....YES.
2) Would Canelo bring more money to the table versus anyone else? YEP.
3) What challenges does Mayweather have at 147? Limited.

So I ask again. Why shouldn't Floyd take the fight?

The size difference is the biggest reason. Canelo will have a 15-20lb weight advantage over Floyd which is a fair enough reason not to fight him but in saying that Floyd holds a title at 154 and should vacate it if he is not prepared to fight Canelo.

If they promote it as a co-main event then "maybe", but they went down this road already and it didn't work. Plus, Golden Boy makes more money putting both guys on seperate cards. The reality is too, Canelo is a headliner now. He's not going from an Austin Trout fight with 35-40K people in attendance to being on undercard of a Mayweather fight.

Ordinary???? Against trout???? So trout is a bum??? He looked ok for a 21 yrs old. He showed he had power good defense. But needs better conditionkng coach better stamina and needs to throw more probably had to fo with stamina. He just beat a very good boxer that made cotto look ordinary. Dont know what you want from the kid that beat him and unified. And scored a knockdown. Ordinary actually bum thats how donaire looked a supposedly p4p guy always overrated in my book.
