I said Arum would be dumb to put Marquez-Bradley against Canelo vs Cotto, because I thought Canelo-Cotto would be Sept 14th. But now I see GBP and Kizer confirmed that it's Mayweather fighting on that day. Then Arum is beyond ******.

Marquez-Bradley just went from a potential 150-250k if they had gone up against Canelo vs Cotto, to under 100k if they go up against Mayweather vs TBA.

I'm starting to think Arum is purposely doing this. I think he has something against Marquez and Bradley. But mostly Marquez, for declining to fight Pacquiao. I this is Arum's way of saying,

"Okay, you want Bradley? You can have Bradley on September 14th. Good luck getting any viewers though, Juan." - Bob Arum

So Arum is either dumb to put this fight against Mayweather, or he's being spiteful over Marquez declining to fight Pacquiao.

I don't even know why people are making such a big fuss out of this. You can always see the one you missed later. I even prefer it that way. If the fight happened to be interesting, then I'll still buy it even if it's not live. Entertaining fights can be watched over and over without getting bored. If it turned out to be a stinker, then I'll be glad I just saved some money.

Let them compete. It's even better that way. The world will not end because of it.

I still think Canelo could fight on that day too. If Floyd gives him a guarantee, they could do a split site PPV like Mayweather-Ortiz was, and have Canelo-Cotto in California or Texas, and Mayweather-Lamont/Devon/Garcia in Vegas.

What we, friends and relations, usually do is split in groups in two homes. One group buys the other and vise versa. We can switch homes later.

Khan is ranked number 2 for Floyd's belt, it's happening, it's trash but it's happening.

Devon, probably. Maidana-Lopez winner is possible I think. And if the unexpected happens [Malignaggi beating Broner], there's no reason to count out Malignaggi for Floyd.

Lamont/Garcia/Matthysse/Khan are all fighting each other for the rest of the year. The only way those options become available is if Floyd fights the loser, which is not possible. Peterson-Matthysse winner will fight Garcia-Judah winner late 2013, winner of that will fight Amir Khan early 2014. Neither of these guys will be in the picture for Floyd until September 2014.

It's going to be interesting to see what GBP does for September 14th. Most likely I will buy both PPV events. I just hope both TR and GBP give us some great undercard fights.

Floyd does fight outside of vegas. TR will put Chavis Jr. on their card as a co feature. GB will panic again be cause they dont know who's going to fight who.
