Just like I said after Rigo-Donaire, I hate excuses. Everyone makes them, but I still hate it. In fact, I hate it more in this situation, where there's no reason to make excuses. Half the people that watched the fight thought Trout won.

This didn't come from Trout himself though, so I won't get mad at him.

Yea I thought he would say something about having to fight on after that and how he was affected by it in the post fight interview but he didn't. I know it had to hurt though

Another "boxing fan" who is commenting on a fight he hasn't watched. I'm starting to think that the majority of posters here don't even bother to watch anything more than some youtube highlights of fights.

I watched the fight live and thought that Trout won. It was a close fight and I didn't have a problem it going either way.

lol I don't get why a coach would say he's injured if he didn't. Twisting his ankle looked like it could have done some damage but he got up pretty quick
