it really could have gone either way. I had it one point for Trout.
      Round 1: Trout
      Round 2: Canelo
      Round 3: Trout
      Round 4: Canelo
      Round 5: Trout
      Round 6: Trout
      Round 7: Canelo 10-8
      Round 8: Trout
      Round 9: Canelo
      Round 10: Trout
      Round 11: Canelo
      Round 12: Trout
      Final Score: 114-113 Austin Trout
but the third and fifth were two swing rounds both of which I gave to Trout, so I could understand something as wide as 115-112 for Canelo, POSSIBLY 116-111 if you want to give him the last round. but a 118-109 scorecard is just crooked.

Clearly is not a word that should be used here. I've seen countless of fights where "Clearly" one fighter is outboxing the other. Not in this case.

In fact, it's the other way around. If we are to use "clearly" which I'm not, then then Canelo clearly was outboxing Trout. Trout looked like **** and Canelo was taking him to school, dodging punches right in front him like a poor version of Pernell Whitaker.

OK was i the only one that saw Canelo getting both belts before the scoring was even announced WTF?? and when they showed that guy going up to canelo's brother talking about we got it and shaking his hand and hugging him. and then 118- 109 WOW Paulie said it best that judge might as well leave the prefixed card on the table and go drink a beer and hit the restroom... horrible day for boxing.

i do think the knockdown was prominent but why the cheating scores??? maybe canelo by a point but no more....

Are you a dumb@ss or just acting like one? Who got knocked down??? Obviously canelo's power dominated this fight. Even trout admitted defeat! You are just butt-hurt or plain ******! War canelo!

With the exception of the 118-109 the cards made sence. I hate the over hyping too but you gotta give credit where its due. People calling this a robbery are straight haters.
+1 Trout was Mosley-like with those pitty patt punches I kept waiting for him to throw a hard shot and it never came.. very little pop

I had trout winning 114-113 but I wouldn't be mad at anyone who had canelo winning 114-113 because it was a very close fight but the moment I heard 80-71 AND 78-73 after 8 rounds the fight was effectively over. Scores were too wide and nothing is being said about those scores cause "the right guy won"
