footwork 101 and 201
how to cut off the ring in 3 easy steps
jabbing-how to do it and when to use it
bodypunching-the key to slowing down movement

nonito will need to take plenty of notes so he cant afford to have his shoulder immobilized.

If he was not ready he should have cancelled the fight. But he went ahead so he has to take it like a man and shut up, no excuses. What he can do or think he can do in the future does not matter now. He lost fair and square and most people who watched (even Nonito himself) agree that he lost.

It is always classy when someone admits defeat .. Yea he was in denial for a couple of days but he sat down watch the fight and admitted defeat .. It takes class to do that .. Respect earned back. I was almost lost on Donaire after the post fight talks but hearing him say all this is exactly what I expected from him initially.
