bodypunching-the key to slowing down movement

nonito will need to take plenty of notes so he cant afford to have his shoulder immobilized.

If he was not ready he should have cancelled the fight. But he went ahead so he has to take it like a man and shut up, no excuses. What he can do or think he can do in the future does not matter now. He lost fair and square and most people who watched (even Nonito himself) agree that he lost.

that's bull****, your opinion but bull****..he didn't flat out admit defeat with class, he mad bs excuses, had the audacity to say he won the fight or at the least did enough to get a draw...Bhop isnt that arrogant

Respect earned back. I was almost lost on Donaire after the post fight talks but hearing him say all this is exactly what I expected from him initially.

Hope he has a speedy recovery and gets back into the ring asap.

I wish there was a show where both fighters watch the replay together and comment.

He is tilting the scales but needs to admit a bit more....haha

Yeah, he was looking real foolish there for a sec. Sometimes these guys just need time for things to sink in.
