Everyone has an opinion, and we often differ, but people need to learn how this sport works before they start making ridiculous statements that make it abundantly clear they don't know what they're talking about. • You know what Nonito, Rigo beat you. I didn't score it round by round but he SCHOOLED you.

Nonito didn't throw much, you didn't throw combos. Nonito fell in love with your hook. Its your damn fault.

          • It's a HUGE struggle finding 3 rounds to give Donaire. 2 Rounds is about right. Rigo reminds me of Pernell Whitaker which is a big compliment. Pernell was a genius in the ring when he was in his prime.

            • I had no idea not throwing punches means you win a fight.

              • donaire go spend time with your baby and stop talking u got completely annihilated. its not rigo's job to allow himself to be hit, cut the ring off if you can, if not, that's your problem.

                • I respect him for taking this fight & everything but these excuses are unreal.

Take some time out and enjoy family life then get back in the gym and work on your blindingly obvious flaws and come back stronger.

You got dominated, you lost and its not up for debate. Just be humble or stay silent as you're losing fans with this silly talk.

                  • Shame on these fools who think this fight was close. I predicted a Donaire victory, but Rigo put on a beautiful boxing clinic. Donaire barely even won the round he scored a (on the break) knock down. I'll bet the same guys who think Donaire was even in the fight are the same guys who still think Pacquiao is better than Marquez in spite of Pacquiao being out boxed 3 times and ktfo in the 4th...lol

Rigondeaux was running all throughout the night and would not engage with Donaire who was coming forward.
Rigo landed more punches at a better rate and never took any solid punches, in the 10th donaire landed a lucky punch off the clinch that didn't do sht. Donaire won 2 rounds at best and he looked awful the entire night...why?? Because rigo didn't allow him to land any punches, you're just delusional and biased the score should've been 118-109 for all cards. The 114-113 score for rigo was a complete joke. Donaire was dominated and he was shook the whole time, and what happened in the 12th? Donaire covered his right eye the entire round and didn't engage it could've easily been scored 10-8.
