pac did almost a mil with an unknown bradley back then. he's been on million ppv buys for years now. jmm against a fairly known bradley now would at best probably reach only 500 ppv buys.

pac still deserves more. if jmm can't get the split he wants, no one's forcing him and he can just sail away.

I think JMM should fight Bradley, Manny takes a tune up fight against Rios, and the winners fight next year in Pacquiao's career swan song.

Great post. For Pacquiao though, he wants both just as badly. Pacquiao is just as much of a diva as any other boxing superstar of the past generation. Combine that with his money problems, and we know he'll chase the money.

If I'm Marquez, and if he indeed is set himself up with his money post boxing, I would not even give the rematch. If he does decide he wants to make the absolute most money then my terms would be: 50-50 revenue split, and I'm not fighting in Asia, I'm fighting in Mexico. I would budge at negotiating to Vegas if needed, and lower on the revenue split, but no further than 45.01% of the split.

Pacquiao needs the rematch, not Marquez, and if I'm Marquez after asking for my just due rematch for years and not getting it for 4 years, I'm just not bending over backwards for the boxer & management team that ran from me for 4 years.

wont happen, pacquiao has the say, besides if it's true that pacquiao will fight in macau, then it doesnt matter whom he will fight, he'll get the same purse, dont lie to yourself, pacquiao always been the draw, i'll be surprise if marquezvsbradley will make it to 600k ppv buys
