Haha 60/40. The best song by a boxer yet.

I think Marquez is putting that number out there since he knows it won't happen. If they bit on it, he would fight Pacquiao again no problem. But he really wants to face a different opponent next.

I think a Marquez-Braldey could do up to 600k. Maybe I'm wrong. Either way, Bradley wouldn't take 20%, he'd probably ask for 40 or 35. Does Marquez make more there than he would say getting 40% with Pacquiao and doing 1.1 -1.4?

I personally think he deserves 50-50 because it's not about what he can do by himself, it's his name that carries value and adds those sales to Pacquiao's numbers. Plus he just beat him. I said the same thing about Mayweather-Pacquiao being 50-50 some years back. In that case, Mayweather was the bigger draw in terms of ppv, but Pacquiao's name adds value like no one else's would - allowing that ppv to sell in great numbers.

JMM is being too generous with a 50/50 offer. Truth be told, he brought in the majority of the crowd for their last fight, he got the obvious win via KTFO and Many needs to redeem himself and not the other way around.

Many is lucky it's as low as 50/50

like i said he deserves 50-50, but that's a silly argument. you don't think manny could fill that arena without marquez? how many times has he done it now?

                    I think 50/50 is valid.

I don't think Manny will object to 50/50 especially outside of the US where taxes are virtually nil. My gut says Marquez wants higher than 50. Which is similar to what he pulled in the first rematch where he ended up fighting for peanuts in Indonesia and lost. Manny was not even a star at that time and don't dictate terms; people around him did.

But whatever. I'm more interested in Bradley vs Marquez or Rios vs Marquez.
