IMO Donaire, but Cotto was a killer in his prime, and pre wraps.

Donaire is way more skilled and gifted but Cotto is a lot more popular and in divisions that got a lot more attention.

I'm a huge Cotto fan, but I gotta go with Donaire. Cotto was definitely a beast though and can still fight.
