ODH ran against Tito. Alavarado boxed and moved vs rios. He landed shots, controlled the fight. Totally different.

alvarado may of used movement but to say he ran is just dumb. the object of boxing is not to just stand and trade till someone falls thats called street fighting rios might need to learn that

I'm not saying he's a coward, or a bum or a sissy. I'm just saying in the last two rounds he was on his bicycle.

Rios lost fair and square, and gassed IMO at the end.

            "he ran a bit"

Seriously? Jesus Christ in Heaven I give up.

Alvarado whooped his ass. Period. Rios was lucky the judges gave him rounds he didn't deserve because the fight wasn't even close.

I still don't get the part that Alvarado ran. This is boxing and he use very effective movement.

I'm sorry but what Alvarado did was running in those last 3 of the last 4 rounds, and the scorecards reflect that. Alvarado was busier? Big whoop, he was busier and landed more because Rios wasn't doing sh-t, because he couldn't. That's not call outboxing some one, it's called outworking them barely.

Want to see what real boxing is? When a fighter actually outboxes another fighter? Mayweather-Corrales, Hopkins-Trinidad/Pavlik/Tarver, Dawson-Adamek, Cotto-Margarito II, Martinez-Chavez Jr,/Pavlik, Jones-Hopkins I/Ruiz/etc.

Sorry but as a fan of defensive, moving, intelligent style of boxing, I just can not sit here and call that boxing. That was straight up running . Coincidentally there were many instances in these parts where Alvarado was "boxing" where he wasn't even throwing anything at all for f-cks sake. He was just running around in circles, you would never seen a boxer type do this. They don't just run around in circles not throwing anything.

Like I said before I rooted for Alvarado, wanted him to win, thought he won, what he did in mid rounds was boxing. Round 9 or 10+? That was running.

exactly, what I saw was alavardo running the last rounds, I seen that fight a few times now and still see him running.

Alvarado WON the boxing match , Rios had 36 minutes inside a 18ft square to beat him and he failed .

This idea that you must fight to your opponents strengths is total fanboy BS its a sport not gladiators fighting for their life , Rios will end up brain damaged , he lives of Im the toughest guy in the world persona , just another face first meathead they are dime a dozen , he would be better of in MMA .
