Yea a lot of them are martinez, which is odd because you think they'd understand what golovkin is going thru. But now that Martinez is one of the duckers, you have them on full protection mode

Wow, that would be awesome, I hope it happens...

Thats for the final of the Tourney in june and the million dollars are 600K for the winner and 400K for the loser. But like i said it's an off tv fight for lesser money. The top 13 guys wont take an HBO main event but they'll take a small venue fight in Monaco? Lets be realistic

Pretty much the entire boxing world acknowledges how avoided this guy is, and then you have a handful of flat-earthers on here who, for reasons known only to themselves, are desperately trying to cling onto the belief that this isn't true.

You almost have to feel sorry for them.
Its weird seeing the hate being directed on the guy looking to fight everyone, and not on the guys ducking the fight. I cant even really think of a similar situation. People acknowledge the top 10 ducking but still find a way to turn it on Golovkin

Chavez jr is more proven than GGG and probably beats him, maybe even stops him. Martinez stops him for sure and there is no indication Sergio is ducking him why don't we wait and see wait and see what happens before jumping to conclusions. In my opinion, HBO is warming GGG up for a big middleweight bout, probably against Martinez, and it could take place either late 2013 or early 2014.

Most of the guys wont take an HBO career payday fight but theyll take that?
So why is it that instead of fighting some of the guys I listed, from 2010 onwards he was fighting the likes of Makoto Fuchigami, Nilson Tapia, Lajuan Simon, Rosado, Ouma and Milton Nunez while apparently having the luxury of fighting only twice per year.

                Hardly for sure.

DiBella has also said there's no way Martinez fights Golovkin any time soon.

Because he was with universum who was giving him **** opposition and paying off the WBA to protect their star Sturm. When he tried to break free of his contract, he was sued, which meant he couldnt fight in the US or Germany. So he fought 2 fights in Panama And Kaz. He eventually came to terms with Universum that he would be free after11/2011.. After that he had 1 fight and then signed to fight Pirog. Thats why

                    Other then Lou Dibella saying:

"Who would give a flying ****, and why are you even asking? Who knows Gennady Golovkin other than you, me and a few other people? How many people would he bring to the table? How much money would he generate? ... He is a very good fighter, but it's a fight that economically makes no sense."

He then signed PPV attractions Guerrero and Murray for Quillin and Sergio

No need for protection, Martinez has a fight lined up...with a guy ranked #10 at MW. Martinez went through the same thing, he moved up and beat the champ. You obviously don't think Golovkin is good enough to do the same thing, you don't even want him to fight a #15-20 ranked MW. Who is really in protection mode?
