Golovkin was fcuked over by universum to protected their other fighter, Sturm. He was given nobodies and sat down. He is now under K2, they got him a title and by June, in less then 9 months will have fought on HBO 3X, headlining it 2X. He had 850K+ views as the undercard fight to Saildo-Garcia, more then the Main event itself!! THen you have guys like Quillin saying he doesnt have a big enough name, meanwhile Quillin has never been the main event of a card and is fighting Guerrero next. Does Guerrero have a big name? If you complain about Golovkin not being a big enough draw, then how can you fight a guy who's an even smaller draw?

move up and then what? what if he finds himself there getting an opponent difficult again? the only time he should move up is if there's a good offer to fight at 168...otherwise there's no reason to move up.

that's golovkin's problem...a giant network like hbo is more than willing to give him exposure but suddenly fighters at his weight are hbo shy.

Well im not 100% but he was offered the date in Jan after his win. You dont get offered a date to be an undercard fight

When Martinez offered Golovkin a fig......oh wait. You cant say things like "Golovkin's not big enough" and then fight Murray, its a complete contradiction

And that was a bull**** excuse by Arum to avoid fighting Sergio for his own belt for like 2 years. Same with Angulo and Cotto but they were in another division. Are you saying its Sergio's fault for not fighting them?
