Instead of fighting 154 journeymen, then why not fight the champs at 168?They say he hits like a heavyweight and has a granite chin so he can surely move up right?

supposedly he spars with only light heavyweights and up. as much as i want to see pirog/golovkin, martinez/golovkin, and chavez/golovkin, if the guys aren't giving him the opportunities then there should be some serious thoughts about moving up. people have been calling for martinez to move up to 168 to face andre ward. golovkin is deemed the second best at MW. golovkin can't be considered for that challenge as well?
also, martinez himself moved up from 154 to 160 at 35 years of age, with 48 pro bouts in the bank. golovkin's only 30 years old with 26 pro fights. martinez was considered a small MW in the beginning, but i'm pretty sure he's considered a solid MW now. golovkin would be considered small moving up to 168 at first as well.

GGG is a victim of the business of boxing. No promoter is going to take this risky fight for peanuts.
Daniel Geale's camp, Eddie Hearn and Lou Dibella are on record admitting this.
His promoter and HBO need to promote the **** out of him and find a way to make him more popular. I don't know the answer because I'm not a promoter but if he's not drawing crowds and viewers his promoter isn't doing his job and he needs to look elsewhere.

Tell me which 168lb champ is going to fight Golovkin for peanuts?
Carl Froch probably fights for legacy more than any other boxer in the sport but he's not an idiot either, he's not going high-risk for little reward at this stage of his career.
