So how did he get the gun over from california? According to reports he had a licence to carry the weapon( Am still shocked that he even had a gun seriously ) in california but not in new york. Which begs the question how did the gun over to NY unless he brought it in from Cali and didnt know he had to declare it in NY.

If so then maybe its an honest mistake but am still shocked that he carries a gun, does everyone carries a gun in america? My brother lives over in colorado and he swears he doesnt have one..( I hate guns by the way).

There are over 200 million privately owned guns in America. Stop being a pansy.

Because its a law, they dont account for whether he did it on purpose or not, at least not yet. Why dont they just fine drunk drivers and impound their cars?

Welterweight contender Robert Guerrero was arrested this morning at John F. Kennedy Airport in New York City for allegedly having a gun with him, according to a report by the New York Daily News.

The article cited an anonymous law enforcement source.

“The circumstances surrounding Guerrero’s arrest were not immediately clear,” the article said. “Charges were pending.”

He's not being a pansy, it is a case of cultural differences ( which is why he asked the question). In the UK guns are illegal, only the most unsavory criminal would have one. I think the only allowance was for hunting.
