You can bring guns to the airport. But once you get there you report it and they pack it in a plastic box then load it up on to the plane (not as a carry on). Apparently you can't do that in NY if you're from outta state.

I think Guerrero was ignorant about it but not purposely. I doubt he's trying to play the ignorant role on purpose. Why don't they just confiscate the gun, fine him and let him go? Criminal possession... unbelievable.

If the story is true it wouldn't come as a surprise to me as I know that religious people are capable of great hypocrisy. It is only when people have a particular bias that they cite someone's religion as a reason for why they are a decent human being. Really speaking I don't know a thing about the man so if he killed a bunch of people or sacrificed his life to save people from a burning building I would not think ''Wow the Guerrero I knew was not capable of such actions''.
