This happened in an airport so it's not state its federal law that runs this and leniency is not that far fetched if he doesn't have any convictions on his record and is indeed licensed elsewhere. I smell a plea here and a big azzzzz fine...he may also lose his license.

Problem with NYC is they have mandatory sentences for guns. Not sure about this case but mando sentences dont have leniency

Oh okay according to ESPN the gun was not loaded, Guerrero has a license in California and he reported to ticket desk, that he had it. he should be okay yet it is NYC so his arraignment is set for today
