Everyone who has ever followed Duran's career knows he was not at all motivated for the Kirkland fight. That fight made him realize he had to be in top form going forward.

It could go either way but I would give the Floyd that fought Hatton a slight edge. Leonard went toe to toe with Duran and it cost him a close points loss. I think Floyd would be smart enough to use his defense, boxing and counter punching skills to win a very close decision over Duran. Maybe Duran's combination of power, pressure and work rate would be more than Floyd could handle but I make Floyd a slight favorite.
