He was on the back foot all night long except for when he would lunge in like an amateur and swing wildly once every 3 rounds.
You want a clip?? Here you go. Enjoy!!

Lol you just make empty statements. Pointless.

What's to justify? He's the WBA's number one contender so why shouldn't he get his shot again? If you're going to live by the ABC orgs you should be prepared to die by them. More world class experience than Pulev and certainly better than Helenius. Plus he brings more money to the table than any other fighter.

And what other mandatory for any org has done this? Pulev hasn't, Arreola hasn't and Helenius hasn't. Why should Haye have to do more than the other top rated fighters? Doesn't make sense to me. I'd like to see him fight more, but there shouldn't be a different set of standards for one guy unless you're gonna apply them to the others.

He has already done that. He destroyed Chisora who the WBO's number one Helenius was schooled by, by your own admission. Why the different standards?

Wlad vs Haye just isn't an interesting fight. I'd rather see Haye ruin another contender tthan to see another fiasco vs Wlad.

I don't have anhy issue with that thinking.

However, what top contenders has Arreola beat? What contender did Pianeta beat? What contender did Mormeck beat? What contender did Wach beat?

Haye beating Chisora alone is better than anything those guys done. I would still like to see him beat Pulev or Povetkin first though.

You and I have already talked about this, but I'd rather see all the contenders fight each other to determine who is the most deserving. But as long as we have the ABC boys we're screwed on that. As long as they call the shots though Haye is as worthy as any other fighter right now and still brings the most money. I wish Wlad would just drop these bogus belts, save himself the sanctioning fees and just knock off the best contenders one by one.

If Haye returns this summer, he will have had just one single fight during a period of two years before a comeback (the Chisora fight July last year!). In other words, he's not active at all.

His no. 1 WBA spot is bogus. Plus Wladimir has already beat Haye. Haye simply doesn't deserve another shot without fighting himself back in the ring. And he hasn't done that just by beating Chisora almost a year ago, a guy who was coming off losses too.

We wouldn't even be asking a question like this if we had a legit champion who defended in the way past champions did, instead of picking failed sparring partners to lower the world title to.
