Well Floyds got an excuse for anything. For instance his excuse for bloating up JMM and fighting JMM was that JMM called him out. It was that simple for JMM to fight Floyd, just by calling him out supposedly?

So how come when Canelo, Sergio, Pac and Ward call floyd out its not as simple to get a fight with Floyd? Floyds got a pocket sized book full of weak unbelievable excuses.

For those saying what has canelo done in order for floyd to fear him. Just ask floyd Sr since he stated during an interview on floydhype that he sees canelo as Floyds biggest test right now.

Canelo is easily Floyd's biggest test atm at 147 or 154. He is young and strong and above all bigger than Floyd but he also has decent handspeed. Throw in the fact that Mayweather is 36 and steadily declining in the last few years and Canelo is a BIG test. The Floyd who fought ODLH at 54 would school Canelo to a wide UD, but this version of Floyd makes it a compelling fight.

And here we go but we need more of this sort of threads because you guys are still behind the Mosley and Hatton "Ducking" threads in terms of numbers, the buzz for those fights were much more than this one but am sure it would go into overdrive if Canelo KO Trout.

MP is out of the picture, Canelo is the next logical choice to build up as the guy to do it, but what everyone on here doesn't get is that it's Floyd hanging around too long that will be his actual downfall....the opponent (whoever it is) will be a case of right place right time.

You can bet everything you have that after Mayweather fights Canelo you can place Canelo safely into the box of "Fighters Mayweather won't fight because he's a cherry picker" with Hatton, Mosley and the rest.

It's funny, because this time last year Canelo was considered a joke of an opponent for Mayweather. Now fast forward a year, and a win over Mosley and Lopez and he's considered to be ducking him
