Are you saying that because Trout beat Cotto he's now unstoppable and Mayweather won't fight him?

Mayweather is notorious for ducking and cherry picking above 135. I don't see why his fans can't admit it
I made the "unstoppable" reference to highlight the things people say as if Canelo is some dude whooping up on everybody and Floyd is avoiding him. When the truth is Canelo was gifted a belt and has faced nobody near the level of a Floyd Mayweather(or even Trout), to suggest that he'd have any success outside of the limited fighters he's being fed. Nobody out there is unstoppable, I find it funny though that the mindset of fans on here is to build a guy up like he is. Who is denying that floyd hasn't been cherry picking above 135? Have you ever heard me say this?

It doesn't matter how much you disprove Canelo. Hell it doesn't matter if you think he's garbage Floyd doesn't think that. He see's a young, prime, undefeated, strong, fast boxer and that will be enough to keep him away.

He started doing his "health first" crap in reference to Canelo already. Expect him to fight a 140 fighter going up or the Brooke Alexander winner. He's staying away from Trout, Canlelo and Martinez.

      Floyd is a cherry picker

It's a winnable fight for Canelo but my money is on No Doubt as Canelo has yet to face anyone on this level. Let's see how he handles Trout before we get to "Oh Floyd is ducking this kid"
I didn't say he was avoiding an Alvarez fight. As in my post prior to that, I was saying he should not avoid the Alvarez-Trout winner.

IF they both get past there opponents I'm sure Mayweather would fight him. who else would he fight? lol I think Alexander was a joke (unless he looks good in his next fight)

Again, nobody is denying that Canelo isn't good. I'm saying that he hasn't faced any opposition to see how good he can actually be compared to a Mayweather. Now when the Trout fight comes and I can see how this kid steps up to the plate and handles what is the toughest fight of his career and Floyd avoids him then i'll say he's making up excuses not to face him. I have yet to see Mayweather say anything to avoid this kid cause honestly he hasn't done anything inside the ring to avoid. The funny thing is you're talking about Floyd fighting people coming up when Canelo is doing the same thing. At least I can call a spade a spade and say both of these dudes are picking and choosing, you seem to only see it from one side man.

Agreed. The winner of Alvarez-Trout should be next in line for a Mayweather fight.

That would be worst case scenario and it would shrink boxing. If Floyd foghts alvarez and loses, alvarez beter be the Real deal.

For those saying what has canelo done in order for floyd to fear him. Just ask floyd Sr since he stated during an interview on floydhype that he sees canelo as Floyds biggest test right now.

I think Floyd will say "You know, it's like I said, I won't fight at 154 no more, you know. I want to retire, I don't want the sport to retire me... "

And I would actually agree with him, he shouldn't fight at 154 at his age, he never looked comfortable at that weight in the first place.
