The Nipple.
Does anyone still NOT think Chris Arreola is a glorified journeyman?

Chris Arreola has a heavyweight punch and a desire to kick ass, nothing more nothing less.
No, he is never going to be Ali or Holmes, but he gives his fans their money's worth and he comes to fight every time. I'd say he's a step above journeyman in that he obviously has the star charisma and style that draws the fans out to watch him fight. Skill wise? He will never be super skilled.
The Adamek fight was close until Chris hurt his hand. It was a good fight, and I'd say a rematch would be 50-50.

I remember when a few people used to always say "if he lost 20lbs, he could be champ"
Erm....
Anyways, this guys best win is like Jameel McCline or someone, and he lost concisely to Adamek, who is a gatekeeper at heavyweight
His fans always say "i've seen pics of him, he's down to 220lb" and then he rolls up 245+ as usual, even if he was 220, he's not going to suddenly become the second coming of Ali, he'll just be weaker.
I mean here his is at 234, and he still looks like a fat ass, unless he's like below 200, he's never going to be ripped

So, anyone still reckon the nipple is tha troof?
Yes Chris Arreola is a fat journeyman. Are you just now noticing this?Comment

Arreola is a decent fighter. Whats wrong with being a gate keeper? This is professional boxing. Arreola is better than most in the division. If it were a stronger division he would be a journeyman through and through. The fact is he could easily wind up beating his way through these guys. Losing to a small mobile heavyweight who came up from a lower weight class is not shameful. When the division is weak it happens a lot. Cunningham might be next, JOnes did it to Ruiz who was better than Arreola.
Who is out there that Arreola cannot beat? besides the Klitschkos?Comment

B level fringe contender
he beats all the C+ journeymen but his 2 step ups he lost. they were to vitali & adamek so there is nothing to be ashamed of there. stiverne is his 3rd step up & i think he will blow him out in the first round. he is fun to watch & much better then people give him credit for. he is what he is. he isn't going to be ripped. tough, throws combos & is always moving forward. he will take 2 to deliver 1 so i don't see how anyone doesn't enjoy watching his fights.Comment

Agreed, I don't rate him. He's shown heart in the ring but since the Adamek loss he has done nothing worthwhile, and let's be fair he hadn't really done much before that point.
There's clearly no desire to test himself or get good wins, him and his team are just going to fight one WBC-suggested easy opponent after another until the day Vitali retires and Suliaman gives Arreola the belt.Comment
