What can Paulie give? Rios and others in his weight class have great beards, good power, "prime" fighters and ready to go.

Wow...praising fighters for beating up washed up fighters. Its like I'm in the twilight zone
You can't blame them for being cautious with Broner at the moment. What were those guys doing at age 23? Nothing.

Your "styles" argument is null when said fighter is no longer capable of fighting with said styles.

Reference the Cano fight on the latest of Paulie capable of pulling off the style you speak of. If he can't get away from a plodder like Cano with his defunct footwork, what makes anyone believe Boner can't get to him, even faster?

And judging by your last statement...you are advocating that all fighters fight a post-prime fighter just because he looked good for one round?

of course they'd fancy their chances with Paulie. the guy has no punch (suits Broner down to the ground), has lost a lot of his raw speed and is just generally quite past his best.

The public doesn't know the other guys....you trying to tell me the public doesn't know, Maidana, Matthysse, Alexander, Bradley, Pac, Peterson, Rios? Guys that have all headlined HBO events? Get outta here with that trash, you scared to face a puncher that's the deal. Might as well retire then because your time is running out, soon HBO will force you to fight one of those guys.

You dunno how long till the 140lb guys move up. From the looks of it they're gonna be beating each other up before they do so. Matthysse vs Peterson and Khan vs Garcia rematch. The only one who's been talking about moving up is Khan.

Well, they have to fight someone. How could you even complain about good fights being made? Broner can't fight them all at the same time. If anything, Broner is putting himself at a disadvantage by being a 135 pound fighter moving up to 147. Those 140 pound fighters would have more of an advantage at 147 than Broner. They'd kick the **** out of him there. lol

Who said he would outbox Broner? I said he would give Broner more trouble than Rios. One guy would attempt to box and move and might land some jabs, the other would be in Broner's chest all night eating punches.

What you mean "not capable of pulling off that style"? I's his style, he always fights like that win or lose.

I'm not advocating anything, I'm just telling you why you need to look at styles instead of who is prime and who has power and a good chin.

Who's complaining? My point was that by the time those guys get to 147 they have probably beaten each other already.

Rios is easy pickins for Broner.

Go watch the Broner vs Demarco fight then go watch Abril vs Rios. You will get a clue who beats who.
