respectfully, what ghost gets has no bearing on this thread. that said, ghost went from 135 to 147 to fight AYdin. No one said he skipped 140.

The problem is you and others who equate fighting paulie with skipping the 140 lb division. At no point did broner or his camp say or suggest a fight with paulie would mean they would never fight at 140.

even if he doesn't fight floyd, he has called out manny. maybe hes working toward that fight? we don't know.

You and others jumped to a conclusion for what seems to be (based on reading other posts) Broner's arrogance and his association with Al Haymon. Those are not valid reasons IMO to criticize a move to 147.

The build up would be interesting to hear what these 2 have to say. But i guess Broner dont fancy his chances againstbrandon rios then, brandons not that scary is he?

But who knows what would happen between broner and Paul. Im sure Paul could take his punches, and im sure broner could take pauls as well.

Id rather see Cano vs Broner. Paulie is the weakest champ in all boxing.

But its ok for Broner at 23 to fight a faded Paulie while bypassing arguably the hottest division in boxing.

          Funny.
I thought Paulie was a good win for khan. The reason he got a lot of flack is it seemed as if he was avoiding maidana or any legit puncher at the time. And that was true to some extent. Either way that's one of khans better wins definitely

Stop wasting time with those fools. No matter what the guy does ne will get flack for it, he stays at 135, he's ducking 140. He goes to 140 he's ducking Vasquez and abril, he goes to 147and he's ducking 140 as if he can't move back down and as if none of the 140 lbers will be at ww soon. I'm guessing they are all somehow suck stagnant at 140 even tho all the top guys are actually huge for the weight. This site is so ass backwards its sad

This is risky as hell in my opinion. But if all parties are up for it, including Al Haymon, I guess fight on. I just hope this experiment doesn't backfire in everyone's faces.

If he moves up to 140 and fights Matthysse no one is going to say he's ducking Vasquez or Abril, thats ridiculous.

i think its pretty clear at this point no matter who an al haymon fighter fights there will be a segment of NSB that will post the fighter is ducking someone. No matter who a TR fighter faces, there will be people that will post that fighter is ducking someone.

This is one of the major problems here at NSB and there is nothing anyone can do to fix those who think in these terms.
