Who is higher on the ATG list: Floyd Mayweather (so far) or Roberto Duran?

Floyd is taller and has MUCH longer arms. Reach is very important in boxing.

Reach is important if you use it like Wlad, Vitali, Floyd, Foresst, Winky, etc. But it does not = size.

Floyd cant beat Duran on these polls because he wont take the risks. You first have to take the risk before you have any chance of winning a fight. Fight GGG, Sergio, Pac and then ask questions laters. Just fight, don't think.

Do not put duran and floyd on the same sentence. It's a mortal sin in boxing! Floyd had skipped too many good B+ and elite opponents to have a run on top 10. Skills alone isn't enough; it takes both skills and balls of steel to do it.

Remember: Sugar Ray Robinson, Muhammad Ali and Roberto Duran are the holy trinity of boxing. None have broken it so far..

The only way you can put Duran and FLoyds name in the same sentence is if you want to know what would happen if they fought each other and who would win. You'll get all differing opinions on that subject.

But to ask who is greater you cannot put them in the same sentence just like you cant put Pac and Floyds name in the same sentence about who is greater. The greater one will be the one who fought regularly and not losing for 7 years fightinhg regularly tough competition. When Floyd became p4p no1 he went AWOL and let Pac do the fighting.

Floyd will never be ranked higher then Duran on the ATG list, his resume will still be weak once he retires.

He just refuses to fight the best out there and says "health comes first".
