Can you imagine Floyd in that era? He'd get sparked a bunch of times.

His win over Leonard alone is better then anything Floyd has ever or will ever do..then you have his 10 previous years at the lighter weights, then the middleweight title lol..is this a joke???

Duran all the way. Duran fought for the glory while mayweather takes the easiest fights for the most money, enough said.

Floyd has already surpassed the great duran. people who hate floyd hate to admit that floyd is great at all.

Recognize greatness. Floyds stats and just the eye test surpasses duran.

Floyds resume stacks up well with the greats

Its funny you do know that floyd was called the greatest boxer ever by paulie and top 3 by hopkins.

Its not hard to see that floyd is better than almost everyone in the history of the sport. He is that good

Floyd's resume is pretty poor and he avoided all the best fighter cause they would KO him.

Roberto Duran was a naturally smaller man than Floyd Mayweather
This is based on what exactly? Duran was a Lightweight, weighing in probably 145-147 on fight night. Floyd at Light weight weighed 136-138 consistently and started as a 130, where he would weigh 132-133 on fight night. Even now at 147, he weighs 150.

How is Duran smaller? Duran probably weighed 155-158 in his WW fights. It's not even close, Duran was bigger and it shouldn't even be a debate and no serious boxing fan should bring up such a joke of a comment.

Duran had no problem making lightweight.

Floyd wasn't able to make the catch weight of 145 for Juan Manuel Marquez!

Floyd is taller and has MUCH longer arms. Reach is very important in boxing.
