If Guerrero turns down 2.5 million to fight Floyd, when he has been talking all this s**t about getting his shot and after getting a couple wins that put him in line for this fight, than he's a damn idiot.

I highly doubt you make 75,000 a year. If so, that's damn good.

As if it isn't bad enough the coward gets 40 million a fight minimum hes begrudging a guy of 4 mill.

He isn't even asking 10% ffs

Man, fawk Floyd, just retire already.
How is 2.5 million guaranteed low balling him??? Ortiz got a little over 2 million and Marquez didn't even get 4 million guaranteed. Guerrero is no more well known than Ortiz was.

what unironed issues could possibly be holding this fight up and forcing Mayweather to consider Alexander or pretend to be considering Alexander? what sticking point would there be for Guerrero if not money?

it's bound to be money. it's always money. in any business.

That's ridiculous. Against Floyd Mayweather in a big PPV fight, it's a reasonable amount to ask. 2.5 million (assuming that is the real offer) is a major low ball/slap in the face offer, I personally thought Ortiz was an idiot for taking that offer. I also think Guerrero is gonna talk a lot of trash talk in this fight, and him being Chicano is a definite plus fighting on Cinco De Mayo.

Turn it down? Where else was he going to make that kind of money?

Its money period. Not venue, not weight, not glove size. Its CASH.

This fight should've been signed. RG doesn't deserve 4 Million.

You keep blabbing on about Guerrero trying to cash out against Floyd Mayweather but have nothing of substance to back this theory up. Of coarse Guerrero is gonna try to win, why the hell wouldn't he?
Okay, Guerrero can fight another opponent other than Mayweather on Cinco De Mayo. Then we can see how much he gets paid.

Guerrero is not the draw in this fight no matter what the date is.

a basically sturdy but rather undistinguished and uninspiring laborer with no personality, an inflated sense of entitlement and an unappealing body of work who wouldn't even be in the line for a Mayweather fight were it not for GBP building him up as something better than he is.

the only good thing about this fight happening from my perspective is that i'd get to see Guerrero utterly outclassed, dominated and stopped.

and anybody who thinks Guerrero has the remotest chance of beating the pound for pound Picasso is out of their gourd.
