As we can see, the only fights of any significance in Ward's career are Froch and Kessler. So what's with all the talk of an ATG resume if he only has 2 meaningful fights?
Funny, I was re watching that fight last wee and I was wondering where N'Dam was from. His name looks French or something...
Yeah, Bika boxes under the Australian banner, N'Dam for France but they are Cameroonian by all accounts. The Cameroon Olympic boxing team went missing after the games this year seeking asylum so I'm guessing it isn't the most attractive place to live.

Damn, that's crazy. I went to college with a dude from Etheopia and he had to jump ship when he was in the Navy. Said they forced him to join when he has 15 and he didn't believe in war so he hid in the woods and ran to his uncle's village to avoid it. He said some renegade tribe had slaughtered a neighboring town with machetes and stuff. He indicated that it wasn't the best place to live.
Hasn't both Kessler and Froch made it pretty clear they want to fight Ward again? Kessler has for sure, he has stated publicly he will travel to the us again and fight him. Ward seems annoyed with all the attention Kessler-Froch II draws away from him.
Exactly. Kessler and Froch have proven throughout their careers they will fight anyone anywhere.
Exactly. Ward has a couple of good wins on his resume - but the Kessler fight isn't one. He headbuttet him about 4-5 times and messed up his eyesight completely. I actually did like Ward at some point but the fact that he has publicly stated (to skysports during the Khan-Molina fight) that he will not travel anywhere because he's "the supermiddleweight champion" - I smell a *****. He will never be an ATG with that attitude. When Kessler and Froch retire you can say that these guys put it all on the line and mixed it with the best of the best home and away - that is what makes a ATG. With that attitude, Andre Ward will be hated. Plus, he hasn't even got a solid fanbase he would probably earn double by coming to Denmark or the UK.
Kessler is a tough fighter, but he's too dumb to understand what Ward really does into the ring... Sorry...
The only hope team Kessler has is to bring Ward to Copenhagen, and get some refs that would deduct points from Andre's "inside boxing" style...
