Exactly. Kessler and Froch have proven throughout their careers they will fight anyone anywhere.

      Kessler should get another shot.

Froch is not a threat to Ward. Kessler is. Take away the homecooking in their fight in jOakland, and Ward would have an L on his record. Ward knows it and don't want any more of that viking power.

All he wants is the José Cuervo trained Kelly Pavlik.

Lol, a lot of SOG haters here, he already schooled Mikkel and Karl, so what if they fighting each other for bigger paydays, they both took L's against him and do so again, end of.

Maybe Kessler should have accepted a return to Oakland and tried to exert some influence over choice of officials. After all, it wasn't the venue that beat him it was the one-sided nature of the refereeing.

Sauerland did a good job for Abraham, Pabon was ref and it almost totally took away Ward's inside game just as it did for Haye against Chisora. Ward was still too good for AA tho.

Goosen completely owned Sauerland for the Kessler fight. They had Kessler doing a full warm-up only for them to say that the fight was delayed 45 minutes. They also had Kessler doing a piss test after he had put his gloves on. He couldnt pee so he had to drink about 3 pints of water to be able to piss.

AA did very well against Ward for the first Four rounds or so. Then he faded away. I think it's mental with him more than anything.

Ward has improved a lot since the Kessler fight. IMO he looks a lot crisper and faster. I see him getting the KO this time around on Kessler.

I don't get the ko part. Kessler has never even been close to being ko'ed.

He took all of Froch and Ward's best so Ward will win but by decision.

People on here really need to stop getting into girly arguments Pac-Floyd style over this division and recognise that there are great fighters here. The super six was a great idea and Ward emerged as the top dog, but he only fought these guys once. Ward has improved/got wiser, but whats to say Froch and Kess havent?

Its a great division with some great matches and we should all embrace that as boxing fans rather than sinking into bumsniffing fanboy territory. Leave that to Floydiots and pacfarters.

I actually think the 168lb division contains the best fighters from a number of nations:

                      Ward - USA's best boxer
                      Froch - UK's best boxer
                      Kessler - Denmark's best boxer
                      Abraham - Germany's best boxer
Oosthuizen - South Africa's best boxer
                      Bute - Canada's best boxer (?)

                      For the sake of completeness:

                      Bika - Cameroon's best boxer
                      Johnson - Jamaica's best boxer
Rodriguez - Dominican Republic's best boxer

168 is arguably the division internationally and maybe in boxing as a whole.
