Don't see why they are calling this FOTY, it was a frustrating fight to watch with no flow and a lot of clinching.

The Ref did a very poor job

Berto should have responded, but it looked like the ref decided to take over the fight and warned him that he would take a point off for some reason for a couple rabbit punches even though Guerrero's first knockdown was illegal.

This is the hit that started the first knockdown. Mistakes like these are game changers. This just shows the amount of skill Broner and Floyd have

Yeah that was a dumb strategy. You can't master that over night especially when you have short arms like Berto. He was leaving his left ribs open all night. One thing I like that the Ghost was doing was when he was shooting the straight left down every time Berto dipped to his right. Berto was constantly dipping right into the left all night and never made the adjustment.

I didn't say she wrote the article...she does work for maxboxing..since she's no longer part of the ring magazine...so yes it is her site because she works for them. Ironically your reply included nothing of what you just read at all..nevermind it should be the main thing you respond to me with but still..here's the fighthype thread for you btw..http://www.fighthype.com/community/i...pic=29061&st=0

You mean it really shows the skill Floyd has, as we can recall Broner called Guerrero and Rios out, let's see him get in there and try to shoulder roll against either he will end up just like Berto, taxed.. Broner had a decent win against little demarco but he ain't Floyd. Broner better stay at 135 like he's come to realize recently because he will have problems if he moves up wit these big boys. Guererro was 158 tonight, way bigger than Berto was and broner is..

Exactly....No one wanted to fight Paul Williams because of various reasons most of them being that he was too tall for the weight and he wasn't a big enough name. When was the last time Manny or Mayweather had to fight a "mandatory" or any big name fighter for that matter? Even Canelo is getting a pass.... Chavez Jr anyone? Martinez chased him for 2 years. Margarito didn't want to fight Paul Williams back when he wanted to fight Mayweather and had an early fight with Cotto coming up. Paul Williams called Cotto out after he KO'd Quintana in the rematch and Pacquiao said no to a Paul Williams fight about 2 1/2, 3 years ago. Before the awesome KO loss to Matinez. Mosley and his pops said no to Paul Williams. I honestly feel in my opinion that it was because Williams didn't really belong at WW. I'm talking style wise and for me. Martinez style is more of a threat to Mayweather than Paul Williams. Fact still remains that these are both of our opinions but most times fights don't get made for political reasons. Williams was also with Al Haymon who Mayweather is with. Lots of ways to look at it.

I like Gamboa, Dude is a beast but he is nothing like Lara and Rigo.. Gamboa has mad skills also but he uses them to dominate and take his opponents out, unlike Lara and Rigo who put fans to sleep..

And he's also a guy that fights on a bicycle and doesn't fight a big man's fight to begin with. But Floyd would be juicing if he moved up and mauled the **** outta Sergio. I'd bet my life on that.
Floyd couldn't and wouldn't do that 1st off. I will say I was also a bit taken back by Guerrero's physical strength tonight and I don't put PED abuse past anyone especiallt if some form of ost wasn't performed for this fight. People do anything for money and fame..
