Matthysse is the mandatory for the WBC belt that's enough to earn him a shot.

I want to see the fight no doubt. Garcia takes it. I say UD but stoppage is not out of the question.

Lucas is 1 bad mother ****er but Danny ain't no joke. He doesn't have the warrior look like Lucas and Bam Bam but he's a problem. Yeah Lucas is more then just a regular tough guy but he can get it too.

it was close, but clear in his favor
he took either 6 or 7 rds with a KD, he rightfully won
that wasn't a top showing by him, but it shoulda been a win

All this while Lucas is in his prime, Garcia has yet to learn his full potential.

Garcia is 24 years old, he's not going anywhere for a couple of years, these guys will eventually fight.

Danny is a counter puncher with serious game, he has smarts, self awareness. He plans his ambushes like a snake, luring guys in by giving ground. Moving straight back hoping he gets followed straight in, that's when his left is outright deadly. I don't think anybody can take that, not even Rios. Danny ends his combos with the left and sometimes lands it as the other guy backs up. Counter punchers can be boring, but Danny can punch, and everybody knows Rios is going to follow/chase him. Brute force vs finesse. Matthysse might have better style, but less urgency (he let the clock run out and lost) and fighting Judah might pay, in New York, but Zab doesn't take suprise lefts too well.

I so agree with you, zab judah is a sure win and easy fight for Danny thats why he wants it, so he can get more hype for knocking a guy that is done already.

What is it with this "Chin" reference? A chin is not all you need to have to win fights and even fighters with the best chins got clocked. When you are constantly eating big shot after shot, it will affect you. Look at Margarito. All Mosley had to do is use some ring savvy and he took Margarito to school and put his ass out. Rios won't eat more than two punches from Garcia without feeling it. Sometimes a well timed, accurate punch is more effective than a bunch of hard punches. Always the ones you don't see coming. Rios is now this new monster but a fight before that he was considered a bum who couldn't make weight. Funny how posters flip flop on here.
